TERM & POLICY UPDATES: We reserve the right to update, change or replace any portion of the Terms & Policies at any time.
PAYMENT: All payments are due in FULL before any work is begun &/or completed, as well as before any drafts will be submitted for review.
CONTRACT: Once payment has been made in full for services/projects/bundles. A design or service contract will be required and submitted via email for your signature and return.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS: All digital products (ebooks, templates, etc.) payment is due full at time of purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY DIGITAL PRODUCT. If you have any issues with downloading or problems with links. Please email: info@brittneywilliamsmc.com OR brittneywilliamsmc@gmail.com for assistance. The link to the templates will only be available for 30 days (so please ensure to save the templates once you receive them) and please note the links and PDF files cannot be shared with others.
COMMUNICATION: All communication with the client will be done via email &/or by phone Monday - Thursday between 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-4pm. Communication with client will be required for the duration of the project. If client fails to respond after 3 attempts. Your project/design will be canceled and NO REFUND will be given.
TIMEFRAME: Please allow 1 business week for turnaround on all custom made digital products/specials/bundles. If any revisions are needed. Please add an additional 1-5 business days. Each project is allowed 3 revisions before approval for design is given from client. Any revisions over 3 will require an addtional fee and if design is completed and revisions are needed additional fees will apply.
FINAL DESIGNS: You will receive your final custom digital designs in PNG, JPEG and PDF formats only. All designs will be sent via email. If any edits/revisions are needed AFTER approved work is given additional fees will be charged. As well, as for any additional services requested.
OUR RIGHTS: B Will Enterprises LLC (DBA: Brittney Williams Marketing Consulting) owns all rights/portfolio rights to work & designs created, drafts, watermarked work, and completed work shared on our website and social media platforms.
